By purchasing, downloading or using TVBridge, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the software.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TVBridge software, website and services (collectively "TVBridge"). By purchasing a license, downloading the software, or using any part of TVBridge, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use TVBridge.
TVBridge is a Windows desktop application and Chrome browser extension that enables users to execute trades on MetaTrader 5 directly from TradingView charts. TVBridge operates locally on your PC and communicates with your MetaTrader 5 terminal. TVBridge does not place trades on your behalf autonomously — all trade executions require explicit user action (clicking Buy or Sell).
Upon purchasing a valid subscription, TVBridge grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use TVBridge on one (1) Windows device for personal or professional trading purposes.
You may not sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit your license to any third party.
Each license is valid for use on one device at a time. Your hardware ID is bound to your license upon first activation. If you wish to transfer your license to a new device, contact us at support@tvbridge.app and we will assist with deactivation and reactivation.

You are solely responsible for all trading decisions made using TVBridge. We are not liable for any trading losses incurred while using our software.
TVBridge is a tool that automates the mechanical process of entering trades you decide to make. The trading decisions, risk management and financial outcomes remain entirely your responsibility.
It is your responsibility to ensure that use of TVBridge complies with the rules of your broker and any prop trading firm (such as FTMO, MyForexFunds, or similar). Some prop firms restrict or prohibit the use of automated or semi-automated trading tools. TVBridge is not responsible for any account violations, rule breaches, or loss of funded accounts resulting from your use of the software. Always verify with your broker or prop firm before use.
Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly through Whop. You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
Lifetime licenses are one-time payments. We offer a 7-day refund if TVBridge does not function as described and our support team is unable to resolve the issue. Refund requests must be submitted to support@tvbridge.app within 7 days of purchase with a description of the issue.
Refunds are not available if you have violated these Terms, shared your license key, or if the issue is caused by your MT5 broker's restrictions or your system configuration.
We aim to keep TVBridge updated and operational. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the software or our license servers. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue TVBridge at any time with reasonable notice. In the event of discontinuation, lifetime license holders will receive a pro-rated refund at our discretion.
TVBridge, including its software, website, logo, and all related content, is the exclusive property of TVBridge. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TVBridge and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, data loss or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use TVBridge, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of TVBridge shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license in the 12 months preceding the claim.
TVBridge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that TVBridge will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all brokers, prop firms, MT5 versions, or system configurations. Use of TVBridge is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license immediately if you breach these Terms, including sharing your license key, attempting to circumvent license verification, or engaging in any prohibited use. Upon termination, you must cease all use of TVBridge and delete all copies from your devices. No refund will be issued for termination due to Terms violations.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of TVBridge shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unsuccessful, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of TVBridge after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
