1. Who We Are

TVBridge ("we", "our", "us") is a software product available at tvbridge.app. We provide a Windows desktop application and Chrome extension that connects TradingView to MetaTrader 5. For any privacy questions, contact us at support@tvbridge.app.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect the following information when you use TVBridge:

• License key — the key you purchased, used to verify your access
• Hardware ID — an anonymized fingerprint of your PC (derived from your machine's identifiers using a one-way hash) used to bind your license to one device
• Bridge version — the version of TVBridge you have installed
• Email address — provided at purchase through Whop, used to deliver your license and for support

We do not collect your trading history, positions, account balance, personal financial data, passwords, or any TradingView account information.

3. How We Collect It

Data is collected automatically when the TVBridge desktop application starts and connects to our license verification server at tvbridge.app. This verification happens at startup and periodically while the application is running. No data is collected by the Chrome extension — it communicates only with the local TVBridge application on your own machine.

4. Why We Collect It

• License verification — to confirm your subscription is active and valid
• Device binding — to enforce the one-device-per-license policy
• Support — to help you if you contact us with a technical issue
• Version management — to notify you of updates and maintain compatibility

5. How We Store It

Your data is stored in a secured MySQL database on our servers. Access is restricted. We retain your data for as long as your license is active or cancellation for dispute resolution purposes.

6. Who We Share It With

We share your data with the following third parties only as necessary to operate the service:

• Whop — our payment processor. Whop handles your payment and issues your license key. Their privacy policy applies to payment data: whop.com/privacy
• Stripe — used for lifetime license payments. Their privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with any other third party.

7. Chrome Extension

The TVBridge Chrome extension does not collect, transmit or store any personal data. It communicates exclusively with the TVBridge application running locally on your PC. It does not make requests to any external server and does not track your browsing activity.

8. Cookies

The TVBridge website (tvbridge.app) does not use tracking cookies or analytics. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel or any other tracking technology on this website.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (note: deleting license data will deactivate your license)
• Object to or restrict how we process your data

To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@tvbridge.app and we will respond within 30 days.

10. Children's Privacy

TVBridge is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of TVBridge after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
